Mattakeunk Stream

Here is a 360° x 180° panorama I took of Mattakeunk Stream in Winn, Maine. I shot it at 24mm, so it took 36 photos to cover the whole sphere. I also bracketed 9 exposures to cover the entire scene, so the final image is made of 324 photos blended and stitched together. Of the crop above, a friend said, “You can go with the flow, or take the road less traveled.” A perfect caption!

I also shot a couple long exposures of the remains of the dam at Dwinal Flowage a little bit further upstream. On the way home we had an incredible sunset at the Lee/Winn town line. You can just barely see the windmills off in the distance. Click any of the thumbnails for a larger version.
